Winter Supper at Treasure Cove

The Cove Café is the café and bar inside Treasure Cove, so you never have to step back into the cold for a meal. Breakfast runs every day from 9 AM to 11 AM. The lunch and dinner menu takes over at 11 AM and goes until 10 PM, Sunday to Thursday. On Friday and Saturday it stays on until 11 PM.

Homemade soups are on the menu, and that matters on a night when the snow will not quit. A bowl before the evening starts is a simple way to warm up.

• A closing time after midnight belongs to the evening it started, so 1 AM on Friday means the early hours of Saturday.
• All times are Prince George time, UTC-7 all year.

The Cove Café kitchen works from 9 AM to 10 PM Sunday to Thursday. On Friday and Saturday it keeps cooking until 11 PM. The bar runs on its own clock. It pours from 11 AM to midnight Monday to Thursday, until 1 AM on Friday and Saturday, and until 11 PM on Sunday.

Treasure Cove itself runs until 2 AM, every day of the week, and is shut on Christmas Day. For other holiday hours, check the casino's website or call.

Prestige Treasure Cove Resort, the hotel attached to the casino, has two venues of its own. BRIXX Brewhouse, a pub, serves burgers, pub food, local beer and cocktails. PixelPlay Cafe offers bubble tea, baking and breakfast. Neither publishes its hours, so check at the hotel or phone 250-614-9111 before relying on them.

Once the kitchen closes at 10 PM, or 11 PM on Friday and Saturday, the bar keeps pouring a while longer. No late-night menu is published, so do not plan on a plate after that. If you are heading to the 10 PM bingo session, eat first. The same goes for a night at the tables: have supper before you sit down to play.
